Tested quality for your safety.

We have always attached great importance to the safety and comfort of our patients. The best possible quality of medical and organizational services has therefore been guaranteed in our practice since the beginning of our activity by feedback questionnaires and firmly structured personnel instructions.
In order to further optimize our workflows, we set ourselves the goal of certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001, which we were able to successfully complete for the first time in 2008. Recertifications took place in 2011, 2014 and 2018.
Since 2008, we have also been working in the outpatient sector with the standardized feedback and quality management system AQS1 from MedicalTex.
The regular training courses in the field of hygiene and emergency management take place in cooperation with our partners Atos Klinik München and Klinik mednord munich.

Safety first!

The activities of the anesthesiologists are to some extent comparable to those of pilots. As in aviation, safety is given top priority in anesthesiology. The procedure of anesthesia is similar to that of a flight:

  • Premedication: flight planning, flight preparation (briefing)
  • Anesthesia Introduction: Take-off, climb
  • Anesthesia-continued during the procedure: Reiseflug
  • Anesthesia discharge: descent, landing
  • Post-medication: Flight debriefing (Debriefing)

Safety standards

All of the procedures we use comply with the applicable safety and quality standards in Germany. During their many years of training, anesthetists are trained to adhere to the highest safety standards. As safety experts, they are therefore responsible for maintaining maximum safety standards. They are responsible for ensuring that their patients are optimally prepared medically and psychologically for the upcoming procedure, including in emergency situations as far as possible. In particular, they are responsible for ensuring that even patients with serious pre-existing conditions or severe injuries survive the treatment unharmed.
